JASPER-A single auto accident on Saturday, February 27 resulted in the death of one man. The ALEA released a statement concerning this accident:
“A single-vehicle crash at 2:45 a.m. today, Feb. 27, has claimed the life of a Nauvoo man. Bryan Curtis Eddy, 41, was killed when the 1993 Chevrolet Silverado he was driving left the roadway and overturned into a pond. Eddy, who was not using a seatbelt, was ejected and pronounced dead at the scene. The crash scene was not discovered until around 10 a.m.
The crash occurred on Alabama 195 at the intersection of Fall City Road, six miles north of Jasper. Nothing further is available as Alabama State Troopers continue to investigate.”
