Funeral service for Earl Murphy, 70, will be Friday, February 10, 2023 at 3:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Chris Pressnell officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. Visitation will be Friday, February 10, 2023 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home.
Mr. Murphy died on Tuesday, February 7, 2023 at Decatur Morgan Hospital. He was born January 17, 1953, in Cullman County, to Thad Murphy and Bea Powell Murphy.
He was employed in Maintenance for Morin Repair Services, prior to his retirement and was a wonderful husband, father and grandfather. Preceding him in death were his parents, a granddaughter: Makyna Grace Stevens, brothers: Odean Huey and O’Neal Murphy and sister: Myra Alma Murphy.
