Earl G. McGregory, age 87, of Sheffield, died Saturday, August 30, 2014. Visitation will be Tuesday, September 2, from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m., at Morrison Funeral Home, Tuscumbia. The funeral service will follow at 1:00 p.m., in the funeral home chapel. Interment will be in Oakwood Cemetery, Sheffield.
Mr. McGregory was a veteran of World War II, having served in the U.S. Navy, and was retired from Reynolds Metals Company. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Billie Florence McGregory.
Survivors include wife, Bera Michael McGregory; sons, Donald (Kathy) and Ronald (Lib) McGregory; daughter, Judy (Mike) Wann; grandchildren, Mark, Shannon, Jason, Bryan, Brent, and Chad McGregory and Patrick and Britney Wann; and great grandchildren, Carson, Sydney, Bella, Ryder, Brayden, and Addison; and brothers and sisters.
