Earl Elmer (Mutt) Quillen – Obituary

Earl Elmer (Mutt) Quillen, 84, passed away Tuesday, Jan. 26, 2016, at his home.
Mr. Quillen lived his entire life in Franklin County and was a member of the Baptist church. He served one year in the Army and had over 30 years in the Army National Guard Russellville unit. He was a self-employed brick mason.
Funeral services will be Friday, Jan. 29, 2016, 2 p.m., at Pinkard Funeral Home, Russellville, with Sammy Taylor officiating. Visitation will be before the service from noon until service time. Burial will follow in Knights of Pythias Cemetery.
Survivors include wife, Doris Evelyn Quillen; daughter, Dianne Evans; brother, Charles Quillen; three grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by parents, Miley and Ruth Treadway Quillen; five brothers; and two sisters.
Pinkard Funeral Home will be directing.
