Earden Sartin Earden Sartin, 95, passed away Monday, July 24, 2023, at the Courtyards Community Living Center in Fulton. She was born July 16, 1928, in Marion County, Alabama, to Dewey Festus and Mary Eveline Long Parr. She was a homemaker and worked for Itawamba Manufacturing in Tremont from when it opened until it closed. She attended the Tremont United Methodist Church. A hard worker all her life, Earden enjoyed word search puzzles and gardening.

Services will be at 1 p.m. Thursday, July 27, at the McNeece-Morris Funeral Home Chapel in Fulton with the Rev. Wayne Napier and Bro. Andy Barnett officiating. Burial will be in the Hillcrest Masonic Cemetery.

Survivors include her son, Donnie Sartin (Nancy) of Tremont; her two daughters, Carolyn Brewer (Donnie) of Tremont and Sue Satterwhite (Gail) of Hamilton, AL; her daughter-in-law, Tammi Sartin; seven grandchildren, Lori Sartin Thomas (Tony), David Sartin (Courtney), Richie Hamner (Jackie), Deanna Brewer Montelongo (Paul), John Brewer (Denise), Misty Satterwhite Mathis (Mark), Shane Satterwhite (Natalie), and Angie Sartin Kinder (Toby); 17 great-grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Oneal Sartin; one son, Ronald “Ronnie” Sartin; her twin sister, Lorine Sartin; and three brothers, twins Huey and Dewey Parr and Louis Parr; her parents, Festus and Eveline Parr; and her step-mother, Stella Parr Edwards.

Her grandsons will serve as pallbearers.

Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, July 26, at the McNeece-Morris Funeral Home in Fulton.
