Dustyn Taft Kilburn of Waynesboro, TN was born February 9, 1988, in Lawrenceburg, TN. He was a Forestry Aid 1 with the Tennessee Forestry Division, was a member of the Green River Baptist Church in Waynesboro, Tennessee, and was a member of the Masonic Lodge.
Dustyn departed this life on Friday, September 12, 2013 at Maury Regional Medical Center in Columbia, Tennessee at the age of 25 Years, 7 Months, 3 Days after a sudden illness.
He is survived by his mother, Cindy Rae Kilburn and her fiance’, Gene Vetetoe, Jr., and his grandmother, Sandy Kilburn, all of Waynesboro, TN; aunts and uncles, Kathy Kilburn, Kenny Kilburn, James and Charlotte Kilburn, and Greg and B. J. Eaton; and several cousins.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Billy Kilburn; great-grandparents, Marvin Kilburn, Louise Davis Kilburn, Geneva Michon Carlson, and Joseph S. Chronowski; and an aunt, Kelly Kilburn.
Services will be held on Monday, September 16, 2013 at 3:00 PM at Shackelford Funeral Directors Chapel, Waynesboro, Tennessee, with Greg and Camryn Eaton officiating. Following the services, his body will be cremated.
Pallbearers will be Shannon Thrasher, Kenneth Thrasher, Joseph Daniel, Daken Maples, Zac Morgan, and Tim Anderson. Honorary pallbearers will be Kyle Seitz, Robert Seitz, and Cain Creasy.
Visitation will be Sunday, September 15, 2013 from 3 pm to 9 pm and Monday, September 16, 2013 from 9 am until service time at the funeral home.
