Dustin Ray Payne, 28, of Williston, ND, passed away Wednesday. He is survived by his fiancee, Jessica Summers; father, Scotty (Patsy) Payne; mother, Melissa Hopkins; two sisters, Nicole Lindsey and Heather Hopkins; three brothers: Heath Hopkins, Justin Dodson, and Ray Dodson; and one niece and two nephews.
Visitation will be Thursday from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. at Berryhill Funeral Home. Chapel service will be Friday at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Anthony Wheeler officiating. Burial will follow at Valhalla Memory Gardens. Dustin Ray Payne Jul. 13, 1986 – Oct. 8, 2014
