WATERLOO-On 11/20/2024 Agents with the Lauderdale County Drug Task Force executed a search warrant at a residence at 17668 Hwy 20 Waterloo. The search warrant was obtained due to the drug dealing activities of one of the occupants of the residence.
The Florence/Lauderdale Special Operations Team made entry into the residence. Multiple people were located inside of the residence. During a search of the property, agents located a large amount of Methamphetamine (ICE), Crack Cocaine, Marijuana, Synthetic Marijuana (Spice) and drug paraphernalia consistent for using and distributing drugs. The weight of the Methamphetamine (ICE) was over 2 pounds. Approximate street value of the Methamphetamine (Ice) and other drugs located is $10,000.00.

Agencies assisting the Lauderdale County Drug Task Force during this investigation were the Florence Police Department, Lauderdale County Sheriff’s Office, Florence/Lauderdale Special Operations Team and the Lauderdale County District Attorney’s Office.
