Survivors include: 1 Daughter- Leasia Flatt of Columbia, TN; 1 Brother- Cole Busby of Nashville, TN; 3 Sisters- Dena Lumpkins of Florence, AL; Betty Ruth Canup of Lawrenceburg, TN; Mary Nell Norwood of Lawrenceburg, TN; 1 Grandson- James Flatt of Columbia, TN; Adopted Grandson- Michael Lovvorn of Columbia, TN; The funeral service will be officiated by Ronnie Lumpkins with burial to follow in Restview Cemetery.
