Dossey Edward O’Steen Sr., 83, died Wednesday, Sept. 18, 2013, after a brief illness. Services will be 1 p.m. Sunday at First United Methodist Church, Florence, with burial in St. Michael’s Cemetery, with military honors. Elkins Funeral Home, Florence, is directing.
