Dorothy Trosper Grear, 98, of Ripley passed away Tuesday, November 8, 2022 at Lauderdale Community Living Center. There will be a visitation held from 5 until 8 PM Friday evening at Garner Funeral Home in Ripley.
Mrs. Grear, a retired employee of Tupperware Corporation, was a member of Edith Methodist Church.
The widow of O.B. Grear Jr., she is survived by a daughter Barbara Ward of Senatobia, MS, a son O.B. Grear III of Ripley, a brother Quinton Trosper of Loves Park, IL, 10 grandchildren and a host of great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by 2 daughters Ann Shepard and Carol Linton.
The family requests in lieu of flowers memorials be sent to LeBonheur Children’s Hospital in Memphis.
