Dorothy Sircy, age 79, of Lafayette TN, passed away on July 5, 2022. The Funeral Service is 2 p.m. Friday, July 8, 2022 in the chapel of Sellars Funeral Home, Lebanon TN. Interment in Cedar Grove Cemetery will follow the service. Pallbearers: Josh Mosley, Casey Tubb, Christopher Villar. Honorary Pallbearers: Chris Tubb, Steve Alcorn. Visitation is at the funeral home, 4-8 p.m. Thursday, and 1 p.m. until the service at 2 p.m.
Dorothy Jane Belcher Sircy was born in Hartsville TN to Virgie Elizabet Drenon and Earnest Pelham Belcher. She was an active member of Cedar Grove Baptist Church. Ms. Sircy enjoyed sewing, gardening, and butterflies. She also enjoyed taking photos of the family. She retired from factory work and was well loved by all who knew her.
She is survived by her children: Cathy (Steve) Alcorn, James D. Sircy, and Pam Sircy; grandchildren: Chris (Kristie) Tubb, Casey Tubb, Amber Stacey, Jason Lawrence, Jesse Lawrence, Jamie Redfern, and Jennifer Sircy; great-grandchildren: Annabelle Tubb, Harper Whitefield, London Tubb, Cassidy Tubb, and Logan and Hayden ; and great-great grandchildren: Maxwell Mosley, Joshua Mosley, and Oliver Tubb; and brother: Wayne Belcher. She is preceded in death by parents Virgie and Earnest Pelham Belcher, brothers Earnest Belcher Jr., Douglas Belcher, and Pete Belcher, and sister Lupe Belcher.
