A funeral service for Dorothy Mae Robinson, 82, of Double Springs, will be on Sunday, October 13, at 1:00PM at Peck Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 11:00AM to 1:00PM at the funeral home. Dorothy was born on March 30, 2024 in Texas to Barney and Della Shular. She died on October 4, 2024 at her residence.
Dorothy was a God-fearing lady that loved everyone and said so. She loved her family, loved to dance and loved to draw. She loved watching birds and was a huge animal lover. Dorothy was the type of person when you met her, you’ll never forget her. Dorothy was preceded in death by her parents.
Survivors include:
Two sons: Johny Robinson (Carolyn) of Hartselle, AL. and Frankie Robinson of Double Springs, AL.
Daughter: Teresa Robinson of Double Springs, AL
Sister: Marie Renyolds of Athens, AL.
Thirteen grandchildren, sixteen great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
