Dorothy Mae Frost

Dorothy Mae Frost, age 90 of Haleyville, passed away Tuesday, March 11, 2025 at Hendrix Health and Rehabilitation. She was born March 28, 1934 in Phil Campbell, Alabama to Walt and Irene Clement. Dorothy loved to sing in church. In her spare time, she enjoyed dancing, cooking, traveling, and fishing. More than anything, however, Dorothy loved spending time with her family and friends. Visitation will be Sunday, March 16, 2025 from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. at Nichols Funeral Home in Haleyville, where the service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Burial will be at Shady Grove Cemetery in Phil Campbell. Brother Ronnie Marbutt will officiate. Dorothy is survived by her husband, Arlen Frost; sons, Danny (Sharon) Nolen, Bruce (Lisa) Nolen; grandchildren, Preston (Kayla) Nolen, Paige (Tristan) Jones, Lauren (Kenny) Spradling, Kent (Lizzy) Glass; great-grandchildren, Hudson Spradling, Kinsleigh Hurley; and sister, Jean Dodd. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ed Nolen; parents, Walt and Irene Clement; daughter, Janice Nolen; and brothers, Guy Clement, and Charlie Clement.
