Dorothy Lee Washburn, 81, of Huntsville, passed away Monday. She was preceded in death by her parents, Wesley and Lillie Bell Farmer, and son, James Wesley Washburn. Mrs. Washburn was a longtime member of the Church of Christ.
Survivors include her husband, Charles Washburn; daughter, Terri Lynne Washburn; son, Alan Keith Washburn (Beth); brother, Edward Farmer; sister, Evelyn Catlin; two grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, May 24 at Pinehaven Memorial Gardens in Scottsboro with Bill Cantrell officiating.
