Dorothy Higgins, 80, of New Market, AL passed away on Saturday, July 18, 2015 at her residence. She is survived by her brother, Jack Daniel, brother-in-law, Robert Cates, her children, Dan Higgins, Donna Potter, Cathy Fortenberry, Ginni Higgins; grandsons, David Garner, Shannon Fortenberry and Alex Setterlund. No services are planned at this time. Berryhill Funeral Home is assisting the family.
