, 90, Russellville, passed away on Wednesday, August 06, 2014 at Hanover Hospice in Birmingham.
She is survived by her daughter, Joy Gargis (husband, Steve); grandchildren, Robbie Gargis, Lisa Gargis Hey, Kristin Britton; great-grandchildren, Harper Hey, Trace Gargis; and several nieces & nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 53 years, Athel Britton; sons, Ronnie Britton, Eddie Britton; parents, George & Emma Harper; siblings, Cecil Harper, Louise Malone, and Joyce Wakefield.
The pallbearers will be Mrs. Britton’s nephews. Honorary pallbearers will be Judge John Jolly and Delmar Hester.
The visitation will be 1:00 – 2:00 p.m. Saturday, August 09, 2014 at Spry Memorial Chapel, with the funeral following at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel. Officiating will be Bro. Ed Bragwell. Burial will be at Knights of Pythias Cemetery.
