Dorothy Frances Courington, age 90 of Jasper, passed away on Thursday, June 8, 2023 at Ridgeview Health Services.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, June 21, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. at Collins-Burke Funeral Home, funeral services will follow at 12:00 p.m. in the Collins-Burke Chapel. Burial will be at Walker Memory Gardens. William Tittle will officiate.
Mrs. Courington was preceded in death by her Mom-Sarah Thacher Courington; Dad-John Courington; Brothers-John Courington, Ervin Courington, Nelson Courington and James Courington; Sisters-Nancy Taft and Argonia Handley.
She is survived by her Daughters-Betty Ann Plunkett and Mary Kathy O’Rear; Grandchildren-Terri Nevins (Darrell), Jeremy Sanford (Jayme), David Plunkett and Michael Plunkett; Great Grandchildren-Caleb Bates (Kaylin), Kailee Bates, Brody Sanford and Shyann Sanford.
Pallbearers will be David Plunkett, Michael Plunkett, Darrell Nevins and Jake Farris.
