Doris Ruth Johnson Foster, 91, of Huntsville died July 1, 2021 at Huntsville Hospital.  Visitation and a celebration of life will be at 1 p.m. Monday July 5, 2021 at Spry Funeral Home in Huntsville.  Mrs. Foster was born April 15, 1930 in White County Tennessee.  She grew up in the Lincoln Mill Village of Huntsville and graduated from Rison High School.  She married Eugene Foster in 1950. She worshipped at Huntsville-area Baptist churches, but called herself a Baptist-Methodist as she enjoyed attending services at many different churches.  She and her family owned Car City Café and other local businesses where friends and family loved to gather. She is survived by one sister, LaBarbara Turner (Aubrey Sr.); Sisters-in-Law Vera Allen (Bud), Eunice Dinsmore and Barbara Saufley (Short).  Her four children: Glinda Hill (Rodney), Susan Barthe, Janet Griffith (Scott), and Steven Foster (Debbie).  Twelve grandchildren:  Jason Hill, Rebecca Barthe, Adam Hill, Kathryn Kowalski (Stephan), Lora Scott (Brian), Claire Land (Ben), William Barthe, Malarie McCleary (Brett), Megan Foster (Esra), Destiny Dempsey and Jessica Dempsey.  She also took great pleasure in her nine great grandchildren: Rosalie, McKenzie, Monty, Evelyn, Silas, Foster, Paul, Cameron, and Jose. Pre-deceased:  Parents: Haskell and Pauline Adcock Johnson; Brothers:  H.M., Horace, Donald and Jerry Johnson; Sister:  Evelyn Johnson. Grandson:  Foster Griffith. In lieu of flowers, consider a
