Mrs. Doris L. Romine, 93, of Florence, died Thursday, November 1, 2012.
The memorial service will be held in the Elkins Funeral Home Chapel on Thursday, November 8, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. with the Rev. Dr. Carl Gebhardt officiating. The family will greet friends after the service.
Mrs. Romine was a native of Paris, Tennessee and met Mr. Romine when he was working there for TVA. They were members of St. James United Methodist Church when it was located on Sweetwater Avenue.
She is survived by her husband Jack. T. Romine of Florence.
She was preceded in death by a daughter Kimberly Romine in 2006 and by sisters Elvira, Lorene, Gwendolyn and Eleanor and brothers Waldo, James C. and Billy Lockhart.
