Doris Jean Meherg age 80 of Athens, passed away on Sunday, September 21, 2014 at Limestone Health Facility. Mrs. Meherg was born June 1, 1934 in Monroe, MS to Vanie Millican and Katherine Hudson.
Services for Mrs. Meherg are Thursday, September 25, 2014 at Limestone Chapel Funeral Home at 2:00 p.m. Visitation will be Thursday, September 25, 2014 from 1:00 until 1:45 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in Roselawn Cemetery with Donald Terry officiating.
She is survived by her husband Jerald Meherg; sons, Mark Meherg and Barry Meherg; granddaughter, Melissa Meherg; a host of other family and friends.
