Dora Ann Moreland Bowers, age 58 of Collinsville, AL, passed away Friday, August 2, 2024. She was born on April 14, 1966 in Boaz, AL to the late Albert & Sarah Beason Moreland.
Funeral services will be 2 p.m., Tuesday, August 6, 2024 at the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel with burial following in the Kyuka Cemetery in Duck Springs, AL. The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 11 a.m. until the 2 p.m. hour of service at the funeral home.
She is survived by her children, Lachrisha Lucio and Kendra Bowers (Gonzalo); brother, Sonny Moreland; sisters, Patricia Davis, Linda Zimmerman, Brenda Foshee, Ramona Kosisky, and Valerie McTenn; grandchildren, Jesslyn Lucio, Sierra Lucio, Sydney Lucio, Johan Lucio, Adrienne Bowers, Alexis Bowers, and Andrea Bowers; great-grandchild, Grayson Smith; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and brother, Arthur Moreland.
