Donnie Inetha Maness Robison, age 83 passed away November 27, 2022, at her home.
She was born in Chester County, TN June 30, 1939, daughter of the late Willard and Eula Crouse Maness. She grew up in Chester County and attended Hickory Corner School.
She married Bobby Allen Robison on September 3, 1955, and they lived in Finger most of their 67 years together.
She worked in the garment industry for Oakley Fashions in Jackson for 23 years and then at IAPEL in Henderson about 8 years. She then worked in housekeeping at the Americana Inn in Henderson until retiring in 2007.
She enjoyed working in the yard and growing flowers and rocking on the porch.
She loved to laugh and cut up with people and was a big Elvis fan.
She was a member of Faith Baptist Church in Henderson.
She is survived by her husband, Bobby Robison; two sons, James Robison of Finger and Jason Robison (Sandra) of Medon, TN; daughter, Teresa Burkhead (Kenneth) of Henderson; six brothers, David Maness of Jackson, Raywood Maness (Jean) of Counce, Harrel Maness (Terri) of Finger, Johnny Maness of Finger, Robert Maness of Wichita, KA, and Danny Maness (Loretta) of Finger; three sisters, Shirley Swallow (Bobby) of Glen, MS, Susie Smith (Danny) of Finger, and Betty Graves (Dennis) of Henderson; five grandchildren, Dusty Gilbert (Kelsey), Bethany Robison (Kimber), Kendyl Newman (Brandon), Josh Cupples (Sara Beth), and Matt Cupples (Julie); and five great grandchildren, Marshall, Drake, Clayton, Audis, and Beckett.
She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers, Bill and Larry Maness.
Funeral Services will be 2:00 PM Wednesday November 30, 2022, at Shackelford Funeral Directors – Crook Avenue Chapel with Clint Burkhead and Tracy Snider officiating. Burial will follow at Finger Cemetery.
The family will receive friends Wednesday from 12:00 PM until 2:00 PM service time at Crook Avenue Chapel.
