Mrs. Donnie Gene Hill age 60 of Athens, passed away Thursday, August 15, 2013 at her residence. Mrs. Hill was born December 22, 1952 in Limestone County to Zeno Dugger and Avis Louise Borden Dugger.
Graveside services will be Friday, August 16, 2013 3:30 p.m., at Ripley Cemetery with Jason Dugger, Pastor Luther Dugger and Lynn Marshall officiating. Visitation will be Friday, from 1:00 p.m. until 2:45 p.m. at Limestone Chapel Funeral Home.
Mrs. Hill was a lifelong volunteer for Clements Volunteer Fire Department.
Survived by her husband, David Lewis Hill of Athens; one son, Davy Allen Hill and wife Dawn of Athens; one son, Davy Allen Hill and wife Dawn of Athens; one daughter, Mary Ellen Shafer of Athens; three grandchildren, Jacob Shafer, Serra Hill and Katie Hill; one brother, Pastor Luther Dugger and wife, Barbara of Athens; one nephew, Jason Dugger and wife, Melinda of Athens; one niece, Crystal Nichols and husband Chris of Athens.
Pallbearers will be Davy Hill, Dennis Shafer, Jessie Rager, Charles Smith, Randy Townsend and William Brooks.
