Donnel Ulivor “Don” Posey, 69, of Ardmore, Tennessee passed away at his home Tuesday, May 9, 2023. “Don” was born Sunday, May 17, 1953 in Ardmore, Alabama to Marvin Eugene and Laura Lou George Posey.
“Don” loved his music, karaoke, and his cars.
“Don” is preceded in death by his parents; daughter, Dana Marie Posey; sister, Joan Posey Bartlett Harlow; and brothers-in-law, Ronnie Jones and Bob Fulton.
He is survived by his son, Scotty Lee Posey (Alexandra Everett) of Gurley, AL; brother, Billy Gene (Gail) Posey of Ardmore, TN; sisters, Peggy Sue (David) Mitchell, Athens, AL, Mary Brenda Fulton, Ardmore, TN, Pat T. (Mickey) Fowler of Toney, AL and Regina (Richard) bade of Toney, AL; brother-in-law, Foster Harlow; grandchildren, Zacchary Posey, Caleb Posey, Audrey Posey and Madline Thomas; several nieces and nephews; along with a host of friends.
There will be a Graveside Service at a later date with Bro. Doug Colwell officiating.
Ardmore Chapel Funeral Home is assisting the family.
