Donna Woodall Pendergrass, 56, of Madison passed away on Thursday surrounded by her loved ones at Huntsville Hospital after a courageous and hard-fought battle with cancer. Donna was a loving and devoted wife, mother, daughter, sister and aunt. She shared her passion and extraordinary talent in the culinary arts with family and friends through making and designing elegant cakes and meals for weddings and many other special events. Donna never hesitated to lend a helping hand to anyone in her life who was in need. The number of lives she touched became very apparent by those who graciously supported her family throughout her illness.

She is survived by her husband, Scott; son, Jonathan; daughter, Alanna; mother, Ok Soon Woodall; sisters, Sandra Thies (Andrew), Elizabeth Muccio (fiancé Randy Coffey); and many aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father, Donald Woodall and her stepfather James Taylor.

Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Wednesday, January 9, 2019 at Laughlin Service Funeral Home, with the funeral immediately following in the chapel. Burial will be in Huntsville Memory Gardens.

In lieu of flowers, please donate to Saint Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
