Donna Jo Lay, age 63 of Jasper, passed away on Friday, March 31, 2023 at UAB hospital.
The family will receive friends on Sunday, April 2, 2023 at 1 p.m. at Collins-Burke Funeral Home, funeral services will follow at 2 p.m. in the Collins-Burke Chapel. Burial will be at Kings Chapel(Steadman) Cemetery. Donny Elliott will officiate.
Mrs. Lay was preceded in death by her Parents-Coy and Catherine Wilson; Sisters-Linda Mansel, Brenda Levins, Bonnie Aaron, Emmalou Bonham, and Betty Wilson; Brothers-Jimmy Wilson, Coy Jr. Wilson, George Wilson, and Estal Wilson.
She is survived by her Husband-Bud Lay; Daughter-Jamie Coe(Justin); Sons-Corey Lay(Rebecca) and Nick Harbin; Sister-Karen Wilson Fondren; Grandkids-Emmi Grace, Kinslee, Eli, Rylan, Rhett, Kennedy, Hunner, Rose Lee, and Kasen.
Pallbearers will be Justin Coe, Corey Lay, Nick Harbin, Brad Mitchell, Colton Fondren, Phillip Bonham, and Steve Bonham.
Honorary Pallbearer will be Kasen Coe.
