Donna Faye Staggs, age 72, of Summertown, TN passed away peacefully on Monday, May 20, 2024, at her residence surrounded by her loved ones. She was born on October 27, 1951, in Lewis County, TN, to John Samuel and Phaltion Prince Brewer. She married Herschel Staggs on November 11, 1967, in Waynesboro, TN. She was a homemaker, and a devout Christian of the Church of God Faith.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; three brothers, Eddie Brewer, Lawrence Brewer, and Harold Brewer; and five sisters, Mary Florence Huckaba, Dorris Gilliam, Margie Riley, Evelyn Warren, and Lou Ann Dugger.
She is survived by two sons, Kevin Staggs (Susanne) and Tracy Staggs (Heather); one daughter, Michelle Judkins; two brothers, Roy Brewer and Johnny Brewer; nine grandchildren, Lindsey Inman, Cody Staggs, Ty Staggs, Katie Fisher, Seth Staggs, Bailey Bradford, Clay Staggs, Payton Staggs, and Cloiee Judkins; and several great-grandchildren.
The family would like to extend a special thanks to Lynn Ward and Compassus.
Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM Wednesday, May 22, 2024, at Neal Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 1:00 PM Thursday, May 23, 2024, with Bill Webb officiating. Interment will follow at Highland Cemetery in Lawrenceburg, TN.
