Donna Charlene Webster, a beloved mother, grandmother, and friend, passed away peacefully on Saturday November 23 2024 at Magnolia Regional Hospital in Corinth, Mississippi. She was born on January 27, 1948, in New London, Connecticut.
Donna was well-known for her heart of gold and her unwavering commitment to helping others. She owned her own business where she skillfully made picture frames and framed pictures, showcasing her artistic talent and dedication to quality. Throughout her career, she took immense pride in her work, but it was the joy of her family that truly filled her heart.
Having earned an Associate Degree in Accounting, Donna combined her business acumen with her creative passion, making a lasting impact in her community. However, it was her role as a mother and grandmother that she cherished most. Donna treasured her family above all else, dedicating her life to their well-being and happiness.
She is survived by her loving son, Charles Brandon Lawrence; daughters, Tracy Qualls (Gerald) and Tina Marie Thornburg; sisters, Debbie Garrison and Denice Cook; grandchildren, Jonathan Lawrence, Amber Malone, Branden Taylor Lawrence, and Shelby Malone (Cole); and three great-grandchildren, Taylor Lawrence, Preston Ward, and Christopher Lawrence. Additionally, she is survived by her second husband, Paul E. Webster, and his daughter, Sherrie Bunnell (James), along with step-grandchildren Kendell and Kalen Bunnell.
Donna was predeceased by her parents, Charles and Rebecca Head Garrison; her first husband, James E. Thornburg; her son, Jerry Wayne Thornburg; and her brother, Charles Ray “Butch” Garrison.
Outside of her business and family commitments, Donna enjoyed camping and fishing, finding peace and joy in nature’s embrace. Her warm spirit and genuine kindness left an indelible mark on everyone who had the privilege of knowing her. She will be deeply missed but fondly remembered for her loving nature and unwavering support for those around her.
