Donald William Potter Sr., age 56, of Muscle Shoals, AL, passed away on Tuesday, January 13, 2015. Visitation will be Saturday, January 17, 2015 from 11:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. With a graveside service to follow at 1:15 in Colbert Memorial Gardens .Brother David Isbell officiating . Mr. Potter was part owner and helped run the family business Jim Potter and Sons Trucking Company.
He was preceded in death by his parents; James and Evelyn Potter , daughter; Heather Dawn Jones, brother; Bernie Potter, sister; Annette Potter Davis.
Mr. Potter is survived by his wife; Tracy Potter, sons; Donald William Potter Jr. and James Paul Potter, daughters; Felicia Potter (Tyler Evans), Lori Potter Brown ( Clifton), Kayla Potter Smith ( Matt), brother; Jimmy Potter (Susan) , sister Cindy Stell (Tom), and four grandchildren. Numerous nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers; are Terry Willingham, Linzy King, Tom Mericer Sr., Tommy Mericer Jr., Lee Wilbanks and Nick Mericer.
Colbert Memorial Chapel of Tuscumbia, AL is assisting the family.
