Donald Wayne Upton, Sr., age 69 of Huntsville passed away Thursday, March 19, 2020.
Mr. Upton is survived by his loving wife Barbara Upton; daughter Tanja Upton; son Donald Wayne Upton, Jr.; nephew Shawn Key (Lataine) who he loved as a son; his loving niece Melissa Scruggs; six grandchildren Brett Joseph Upton Lowery, Jessica Marie McCune, Terrance DeShawn Martin, Kabrina Key, Ryan Springer, and Seth Key; his dogs Tiny, Abagale and Coco.
He was preceded in death by his loving daughter Donna Marie Upton, his stepson Eric Clemmons, and his beloved dog Sissy.
Mr. Upton was a truck driver for 38 years before retiring.
Visitation is Friday, March 20, 2020, 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. at Berryhill Funeral Home. The funeral service is Saturday, March 21, 2020, at 1:00 p.m. at Berryhill Funeral Home officiated by Aaron Upton. Burial will be in Concord Cemetery.
