Donald Stacy, 71, passed away Sunday, September 15, 2024, at North Mississippi Medical Center Hospice in Tupelo. He was born April 20, 1953 to the late Manuel Stacy and the late Rheta Bailey Stacy in Tupelo. He retired from Cooper Tire after 29 year of service. He was a member of Redeemer Presbyterian Church. He enjoyed going to car shows with his granddaughter, fishing with his grandchildren and great grandchildren. Donald was an avid believer in Big Foot, and loved riding his SXS with the Cripple Creek Relics, going to his weekly meeting with the Old G.O.A.T. Club, and spending time with his family and church family.
Funeral service will be at 2:00 pm on Tuesday September 17, 2024 at Senter Funeral Home with Bro. Phil Reynolds officiating. Burial will be in Keyes Cemetery. Visitation will be from 12:00 pm – 2:00 pm on Tuesday September 17, at Senter Funeral Home.
Senter Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.
Donald is survived by his wife of 33 years, Sandra Stacy of Fulton; children, Brent (Amy) Moore of Fulton; Chris (Krissie) Stacy of Marietta; Julie (RH) Kennedy of Fulton; and Leslie (Brandon) Sheffield of Fulton; 9 grandchildren, and 4 great-grandchildren; sisters, Debbie Ellis and Bonnie (Bob) Nechvatal, both of Fulton, and a host of nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Manuel and Rheta Stacy and brother, M.C. Stacy.
Pallbearers will be Steve Dillard, Jeremy Foster, Mike Miller, Ken Scott, David Eskew II, and Jeff Frederick.
Honorary pallbearers will be Mike McNiece, Ron Homan, and Steve Yeoman.
