Donald Ray Wallace, born April 4, 1941, went home to be with the Lord on Jan. 15, 2016. Mr. Wallace was a U.S. Army veteran. A gathering of family and friends will take place Tuesday, Jan. 19, 2016, from 9:30-11 a.m. at Madison Chapel Funeral Home, Madison, Alabama. A Celebration of Life Service will also take place Tuesday at 11 a.m. at Madison Chapel Funeral Home, Madison. Burial will be at Wesley Chapel Cemetery immediately following the service.
Donald is preceded in death by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Tom (Velma) Wallace; his brother, Pete Wallace; and his sister, Virginia Miskie.
He is survived by his wife, Linda Wallace; his children, Donnie Wallace Jr., Sherry Marks (Jeff), Greg Wallace, Stacy Wallace (Lisa), Bobby Wallace (Jennifer), Anthony Wallace, Micheal Rippey and Kieth Rippey (Christie); grandchildren, Johnny Wallace, Savanna Wallace, Heather Wallace, Kayla Risner, Micheal Risner, Jacob Wallace, Katelyn Dye, Blake Wallace, Riley Wallace, Cameron Wallace, Taylor Wallace, Logan Wallace, Braden Wallace, Tyson Rippey, Bradley Rippey, Cole Rippey, Brandy Rippey; brothers, Jimmy Wallace and Paul Wallace; sisters, Betty Hamilton and Bobbie Woodruff; and sister-in-law, Dorothy Wallace.
