Donald Ray Ford
July 2, 1938 ~ March 11, 2024 (age 85)

Donald loved working with his hands. He was a cabinet maker and had his own business, Ford Brothers, for many years, always striving to do his very best work for his customers. He also owned and managed several rental houses, which he enjoyed as well.Donald loved the Lord and his church family at Spring Valley Baptist, where he had attended for almost 60 years. He spent many hours over the years working to keep the building in good working order.

And finally, Donald loved his family and worked hard all of his life to provide for them. He was a loving husband and father, grandfather and great-grandfather. He also loved his little buddy, Rascal.

Parents: Reginald Dewey Ford and Ethel Quinn Ford

Brothers: Milton, H.L. and Buddy Ford

Sister: Hazel Thompson

Survived by:

Wife of 64 years, Barbara Joy Jarnigan Ford

Daughters: Donna Ford Tipps and Cheryl Ford

Grandson: Ford Tipps (Ericka)

Great-granddaughters: Collins and Riley Tipps

Many much-loved nieces and nephews
