Mr. Donald Joseph Flagg Jr., age 74, passed away Wednesday April 19, 2023 at Parkridge Medical Center in Chattanooga from an extended illness. Donald was born in Buffalo, NY on May 3, 1948 to the late Donald Joseph Flagg Sr. and Virginia Merle Kopp Flagg.
During his life Donald was a home builder and a mechanic, loved to garden and work in his greenhouse. He was a wood worker and built furniture and other wood crafts. He really enjoyed metal detecting.
Donald is survived by his loving wife; Mary Etta James Flagg of the Piney Community, children; daughter; Michele R. Flagg Ardane and husband, son; Robert E. James and wife Jaime, daughter; Virginia K. Flagg Warr, son; Matthew J. James, sister; Debi K. Flagg-Remillard. Many Grandchildren and Great-Grandchildren and two nephews survive.
Donald chose to be cremated and a private celebration of life will occur at a later date.
