Donald Glenn Washington Donald Glenn Washington, 77, passed away Monday, March 24, 2025, at Fern Brooke Personal Care Home in Houston. Born in Pontotoc County on July 6, 1947, to K.C. and Dorothy Young Washington, Donald graduated from Randolph High School. He worked in Memphis as a welder before being drafted to Vietnam where he served from 1967-1968. After being honorably discharged, he returned to Arkansas and married Patricia Griffith on July 20, 1968, then moved to Pontotoc, MS. He worked as a farmer, welder, truck driver, and shop foreman at Transport Trailer Service before his retirement.

Survivors include his daughter, Tracey Pickens (Bobby), his son, Steven Washington (Vicky), and his grandchildren, Mallory Burcham, Matthew Washington, and Bella Washington.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Patricia Washington, his parents, K.C. and Dorothy Washington, and his brother, Ronald Washington.

Services will be held at 2PM on Friday, March 28, 2025, at Tutor Memorial Funeral Home in Pontotoc with Bro. Charles Wright officiating. Visitation will be 5-8PM on Thursday, March 27th and 1PM until service time on Friday, March 28th. Burial will follow in Indian Creek Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Ryan Washington, Raymond Washington, Davin Young, Roddy Washington, Chase Foster, and Derrick Young

Honorary Pallbearers will be Remington Roberts, Cort Washington, and Raylon Washington
