Donald “Donnie’’Ray Minyard Sr.,age 77 of Forestdale, passed away at his residence Friday October 21, 2016. He was a member and Deacon of Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church and a retired Dental Technician at Yester Ceramic.
Funeral arrangements will be Monday October 24, 2016 at 2:00 pm in the New Horizon Memorial Chapel. Rev. Gene Shelton and Rev. Ron McKeever will officiate. Burial to follow at Crestview Cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday October 23, 2016 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Active Pallbearers will be members of the Southern Express Band.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Richard and Lillian Minyard.
He is survived by his wife, Betty Minyard; sons, Donald Ray Minyard Jr.; Johnnie Minyard; brothers, Glenn Minyard and wife Frances; Gerald Minyard; and a number of nieces and nephews.
