Donald “Donnie” Wurtz, 82 of Elkmont, passed away on Tuesday, January 25th, 2022, at his residence. Mr. Wurtz was born on November 21st, 1939, to Roman and Mildred Zabel Wurtz.
Donald “Donnie” Wurtz, 82 of Elkmont, passed away on Tuesday, January 25th, 2022, at his residence. Mr. Wurtz was born on November 21st, 1939, to Roman and Mildred Zabel Wurtz.
Mr. Wurtz is survived by his wife of 59 years, Cloveta Wurtz of Wisconsin; children John “Yogi” Wurtz (Jaclee) of Elkmont, and Vicki Perez (Guillermo) of Antioch, Illinois; grandchildren Ashley, Stephanie, Lindsey, Zach, Christopher, Briana, Elizabeth, Chloe, Mandy, and Caelan; 15 great-grandchildren; and sister Barbara Ruback of Wisconsin.
Preceded in death by his parents; son Jim Wurtz; and brother Robert Wurtz.
A memorial service for Mr. Wurtz will be Friday, February 4th, 2022, with a visitation starting at 4:00pm and the service at 5:00pm, at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church (855 Martin Ave, Fond du Lac, WI 54935).
