Donald Berry, 69, of Tuscumbia, Alabama, died Sunday, Jan. 28, 2018. He was a member of Tuscumbia Church of Christ. He was a sales representative for suppliers of the mobile home industry for 48 years, most recently employed by Dixie Plywood of Antioch, Tennessee.
Donnie is survived by his wife, Janice Thorne Berry; children, Jonathan Donald Berry (Jennifer) and Susan Marinda Berry Huff (James); granddaughters, Lakin Berry, Eleanor Huff, Elizabeth Huff, and Katherine Huff. He is also survived by his mother, Christine Baker Berry; siblings, Hoyt Berry, Ronald Berry, Linda Sockwell, and Sheila Edwards; and numerous in-laws, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
He was predeceased by his father, James William Berry Sr. and siblings, Wanda Hacker and James William Berry Jr.
Donnie was a fan and supporter of youth sports, especially Mars Hill Bible School athletics and Alabama Crimson Tide football.
Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Monday, Jan. 29, at Tuscumbia Church of Christ, with visitation beginning at 11:30 a.m. Burial will follow at Colbert Memorial Gardens.
