Dr. Don C Tomlin, PhD., of Rogersville, passed away August 19, 2024 at his residence. He was a retired animal scientist for the University of Alaska, Fairbanks, and the Bureau of Indian Affairs and of the Methodist faith. Dr. Tomlin was a member of Singing River Squares and Quad City Squares square dance clubs. Survivors include: Daughter: Marie Tomlin Hare (Roger) (4) grandchildren; (4) great grandchildren He was preceded in death by: Parents: Archie Tomlin & Erna Irene Schweizer Tomlin Wife: Voni Smith Tomlin Sisters: Barbara Gearhard & Joyce Gould Funeral arrangements will be announced soon.
