Dolly Alice Merryman, 81, of Hernando, MS, passed away on September 23, 2023. She was born on June 20, 1942, in Rockmart, GA, to the late Guy Lester Rogers and Dolly Theresa Rogers (Ashley). Alice, also known as Dolly, was a strong woman of faith, fearless, and a dedicated artist.

Surviving members are her brother, Richard Rogers of Collierville, TN; her children, Paul Pulliam of Saulsbury, TN and, Guy Pulliam of Olive Branch, MS; daughter-in-laws, Pattie Pulliam of Olive Branch, MS and Lisa Pulliam Taylor of Memphis/Galveston, TX; grandchildren, Landry Pulliam of Weatherford, TX, Cliff Laney Pulliam of Houston, TX, Matt Pulliam, Parker Pulliam and Luke Pulliam of Olive Branch, MS; and a great-grandchild Cliff Lee Pulliam of Houston, TX.
She was preceded in death by husbands, Philip Pulliam of Walnut, MS, and James Murray Merryman of Memphis, TN; her sister, Anise Rogers Landman and her son, Cliff Wayne Pulliam of Memphis/Houston, TX.
