Obituary of Dimple Yarber Dimple Yarber, 87, of Corinth passed away on Friday, November 29, 2024 at Magnolia Regional Health Center. She was born November 30, 1936 to the late Troy and Ruby Lancaster Bumpas.

Dimple was a graduate of Corinth High School. She attended Northeast Community College and The University of Mississippi Ole Miss, where she received her degree in teaching. She was a elementary school teacher for Alcorn Central School for over thirty years. She played violin at Oakland Baptist Church where she was a devout member. She enjoyed feeding the foxes and deer in her backyard. Dimple will forever be missed by her family and community.

Dimple is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Gerald Yarber; son, Daniel Yarber; and brothers, Wayne Bumpas and Jimmy Bumpas.

She is survived by sons, Gerald Edward Yarber and Jack Yarber; brothers, Bobby Bumpas and Dennis Bumpas; grandchildren, Seth Daniel and Jamie Lynn Yarber; and a host of extended family and friends.

There is a Celebration of Life Service scheduled for Monday, December 2, 2024 at McPeters Funeral Directors beginning at two o’clock in the afternoon with Bro. Randy Bostick and Bro. Warren Jones officiating. The family will receive friends beginning at one o’clock in the afternoon until service time.
