Diana Fay Strouss, 70 of Athens, passed away on Monday, August 12th, 2024, at her residence. Mrs. Strouss was born on August 30th, 1953, in Cincinnati, Ohio, to Aymond Strunk and Rozella Thompson Strunk.
Mrs. Strouss is survived by her husband of 50 years, Kevin Strous; children Jennifer Strouss, of Ohio, and Jason Strouss (Kristen), of Elkmont; grandchildren David Strouss, of Athens, Lauren Strouss, of Elkmont, and Holly Strouss, of Elkmont; brothers Dean Strunk, of Ohio, Kevin Strunk, of Hamilton, Ohio, and Victor Strunk, of Ohio; and sister Karen Poffenbarger (Marc), of Ohio.
She is preceded in death by her parents; brother Carlos Strunk; and sister Connie Robertson.
Funeral services for Mrs. Strouss will be Saturday, August 17th, 2024, at 2:00pm at Limestone Chapel Funeral Home. Visitation will be Saturday from 12:00-1:50pm at the funeral home. Burial will be at Thatch-Mann Cemetery.
Mrs. Strouss enjoyed sewing and doing alterations for people. She once ran a food bank from her home to help others.
