Dexter Lee Duncan, age 69, Phil Campbell, passed away on Friday, April 22, 2016 at Russellville Healthcare.
The visitation will be 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. Sunday, April 24, 2016 at Spry Memorial Chapel. The funeral will be at 10:00 a.m. Monday, April 25, 2016 at Spry Memorial Chapel with burial following at Belgreen Cemetery.
He is survived by his daughter, Tiffany Lee Duncan Odom; brothers, Travis Duncan, Wilmer Duncan (wife, Evelyn); and several nieces & nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, James & Exie Mae Duncan; sisters, Louise Weeks, Betty Michael; brother, Billy Duncan; and infant sister.
The family would like to extend a special thanks to the staff of Ascera Care Hospice and to the nurses and staff of Russellville Health Care for the love and care of Dexter.
