Dewayne Bishop, age 64 of Heflin, passed away on September 24, 2024, at Brookwood Medical Center. He is survived by his wife, Donna Bishop; children, Anthony Bishop (Christy), Misty Bishop (Joey Turner), Jessie Bishop; grandchildren, Allyssa Rosian, Chasity Nelson, Aubree Bishop and Ariel Bishop; sister, Teresa Anderson; brother, Kevin Butler; and mother, Elizabeth Blair.
Dewayne was preceded in death by his brother, Phillip Butler; and his mom, Katie Mitchell.
He was a talker who never met a stranger. He loved being in the outdoors either fishing or riding in his side by side. He loved his grandchildren with all of his heart. Dewayne will be missed by all who knew him.
