 Derrick Raynard TatumDerrick Raynard Tatum was born July 17, 1966 in Chicago, IL the son of Rosie Hughes Westbrooks and the late Festus Tatum. At an early age he attended Mt. Zion M.B. Church. He was a 1985 graduate of McNairy Central High School and attended Lane College. He was a dedicated worker and had worked many jobs; DRI which is now Monogram, Aqua Glass and Wal-Mart.

Mr. Tatum departed this life on January 14, 2019 in Selmer, Tennessee at the age of 52 Years, 5 Months, 28 Days.

He is survived by his children, Dre Robinson and Chiquita Tatum both of Selmer; mother, Rosie Westbrooks of Selmer; better half, Debra Chenault of Selmer; two sisters, Ronika Watson (Dessick) of Selmer, London Tatum of Kansas City, MO; a brother, Kevin Tatum of Selmer; stepchildren; Jamie Lynn and Jason Chenault both of Selmer; aunts: Gena Hughes, Mary Hearn both of Chicago, IL, Cora Conley of Kenosha, WI; two special cousins, Debra Blythe (Rickey) and Jerry Hughes; special nephews, Cody Westbrooks, Dokota Jamison, Tre Chapman; special friends, Stanley Prather; and a host of other cousins and friends.

In addition to his father, Mr. Tatum was preceded in death by his stepfather, Clay Westbrooks.
