Depot Days Festival Returns to Historic Downtown Hartselle

HARTSELLE-The Depot Days Festival rolls into Hartselle September 16, 2023, bringing a day of family-friendly fun and entertainment to the historic depot and downtown area. Hosted by the Hartselle Area Chamber of Commerce and presented by Decatur Morgan Hospital- Hartselle Medical Mall, the free event is a tribute to the railroad industry and its contribution to Hartselle and the North Alabama region.

This year’s festival will include an art show and craft vendors where you can explore the creative talents of local artists and artisans. There will be an array of craft vendors offering unique and handmade treasures that are perfect for gifts or personal keepsakes.

There will also be a Tractor and Engine Show where visitors can enjoy the impressive display of vintage tractors and engines, harkening back to a bygone era of agricultural history. Another option for visitors is the Car, Truck, and Motorcycle Show.  This show includes a stunning collection of classic and modern vehicles, meticulously maintained and proudly presented by enthusiasts from the community.

 

Experience a musical extravaganza with toe-tapping performances by top-notch artists and bands, promising a vibrant atmosphere throughout the day. At the Children’s Area Stage this year, we are excited to offer delightful performances and entertainment specifically tailored for our young festival-goers. Witness captivating acts by the Goat Hill String Band and Ray Sparks Band that are sure to excite the crowd.

 

Satisfy your taste buds with a wide range of delectable treats and flavors from local food vendors. Additionally, there will be a variety of fun games and activities for children and families to enjoy together.
