Dennis William Krutz, 52, went home to be with his Lord and Savior on Saturday, July 9, 2016. A native of Adrian, Michigan, he was born January 4, 1964 to the late Louis Albert and Mary Ann Krutz. He had been a resident of Tupelo since 1995. Dennis fought a courageous battle with Myasthenia Gravis throughout his adult life. Dennis was a man with a true love for his God, his family, his friends, his country and all mankind. He enjoyed being “Uncle Dennis” to his many nieces and nephews. His most proud accomplishment was raising his son Joshua to the man he is today, a United States Marine. He was an avid NASCAR racing fan and is favorite driver, Matt Kenseth. He really enjoyed watching his Pittsburg Steelers play on Sundays. His life will be remembered by the joy and laughter that he brought to others and the courage and toughness he displayed until his passing. He will be missed by all who loved him.
Services will be 2 PM Tuesday, July 12, 2016, at Lee Memorial Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. James Richardson officiating. Entombment will follow in Lee Memorial Park’s Garden Mausoleum. Lee Memorial Funeral Home is entrusted with the arrangements,
He is survived by the love of his life, Jaymie Diane Krutz of Tupelo; his son, Joshua William Krutz (Amanda) of Hubert, NC; his step-sons, Billy George of Jackson and Kerry George (Taylor) of Holly Springs; his sisters, Darlene Ann Hollister (Deb) of Amston, CT and Debbie Lee Flores (Fedel) of Adrian, MI; his brothers, Gary Louis Krutz (Gail) of Tupelo, Donald Albert Krutz (Sarah) of Riga, MI, Davis Allen Krutz of Adrain, MI, Duane Robert Krutz (Rhonda) of Tupelo, Dale Richard Krutz of Adrain, MI and Dean Edward Krutz (Beth) of Delta, OH; his grandchildren, William Greame Krutz, Weylin Carter Krutz and Faithlyn Abigail Krutz.
He was preceded in death by his parents; three sisters, Diana Lynn Krutz, Doreen Annette Guinn and Charlene Krutz.
Pallbearers will be Damon Lz, his son Joshua and his brothers.
Memorials may be made to the Myasthenia Gravis Foundation of America.
Visitation will be 5 – 8 Monday.
