Mr. Dennis Watson It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Dennis Watson, who passed peacefully on March 29 after complications from a stroke.
Dennis was born March 25, 1950 in Milan, TN. He was a dedicated fireman at Milan Arsenal for 20 years, having served as an EMT for 18 years prior at various medical facilities in West Tennessee. He enjoyed gardening and spending time with his family. He was an avid about barbeques and loved grilling for family and friends.
Dennis was a member of the Wildersville Church of Christ and had a strong faith in Jesus. He loved history and enjoyed watching Tennessee football. Dennis loved conversations and connecting with people.
He was preceded in death by his father and mother, Hugh and Elba Watson and his brother, Barney Watson.
Survivors include his son, Coe Watson and wife, Tina; his daughter, Kristyn Watson; and his grandson, Hunter Watson.
Funeral services are scheduled for 2 PM, Wednesday, April 2, 2025 in the chapel of Pafford Funeral Home in Lexington. Interment will follow in Duke Cemetery in Darden. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, 2 – 8 pm and on Wednesday, 10 am – 2 PM.
