Denise Davis, age 61 of Boaz passed away Monday, May 23, 2022 at her home.
There will be a memorial visitation, Sunday, May 29, 2022 from 1 until 2 at Albertville Memorial Chapel.
She is survived by her son; Zackary Davis (Kristina), daughter; Lacey Graves (Natalie), grandchildren; Caden Martinez, Zyana and Zoey Davis, father; Lavon Davis, brothers; Rick Davis (Tricia) and David Davis (Melissa) and a host of nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her mother; Helen Louise Davis.
